By accessing or using the ERP Integration Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
Service Description
The Service provides:
- Integration between ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Synchronization of products, inventory, orders, customers, and fulfillment data
- Integration with Landing Pages, Vpage, social channels for lead and order management
- Centralized management of multi-channel business operations
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful business information
- Ensure you have authorization to connect third-party platforms
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
- Safeguard your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
Platform & API Dependency
The Service relies on APIs and policies of third-party platforms (e.g. Tiki Seller Center).
We are not responsible for:
- API changes, limitations, or downtime from third-party platforms
- Data inconsistencies caused by platform policy changes
Service Availability
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or external dependencies may result in temporary downtime.
Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of your business data
- You grant us permission to process and transmit data solely for providing the Service
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for business losses due to platform outages, incorrect configurations, or user errors
